PURCHASING POLICY:

-Purchase can be made through card payments via this website only.

-For partial or installment basis payments, item/s will only be delivered once full payment are made through this website only.

REFUND POLICY:

-DOWNPAYMENTS ARE STRICLY NON-REFUNDABLE.

-STRICLY NO REFUND FOR BROKEN items which are not reported within 2hours after the delivery of the item.

-STRICTLY NO CASH REFUND. REFUNDS are given through VOUCHERS redeemable on next purchase within voucher’s validity with the deduction of the down-payment. such order will be cancelled upon the Company’s approval and the reservation deposit may be refunded to the relevant member by the Company.

-STRICTLY NO REFUND for any delivered and open items.

-In case of Delay from Manufacturers, GoodGuy Store is not liable to refund any payments made by customer should the customer decided to cancel the order. Refund vouchers will be issued to customer with the deduction of the down-payment. Customers can redeem vouchers on their next purchase within voucher’s validity.

- In case of ORDER CANCELLATION from Manufacturers, GoodGuy Store is not liable to refund any payments made by customer. However, GoodGuy Store will issue customers refund vouchers redeemable on customer’s next purchase within voucher’s validity.

- In terms of cancellation of items paid via monthly installment plan. If Company accepts to return Products(s) and cancellation, price shall be refunded using the same way of payment used at the time of purchase, or using any other payment method to be agreed upon. Items that do not meet the above terms and conditions will not be refunded.

- no refunds will be made if the purchased items do not meet the above mentioned requirements. Such order will be cancelled upon the company’s approval and the reservation deposit may be refunded .

HOW TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER:

-Send an official email with your name and your order number Also the Reason of the cancellation , if we accept your Cancellation Reason we will refund the same way how you paid if you paid monthly plans we will refund same the way , and the Process will be with in 21 working days to 30 working days

CANCELLATION POLICY:

-STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION OF AVAILABLE ITEMS. In terms of cancellation by customer, payment will not be refunded.

-STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION OF ORDERS when orders are out for delivery.

-STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION for delivered items.

-STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION for OPENED ITEMS.

-In terms of PRE-ORDER CANCELLATION, down-payment will not be refunded and refer to refund-policy for any excess payments.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

-A customer can change order when the order is not yet delivered, however cancellation is strictly prohibited (see cancellation policy).

-STRICTLY NO EXCHANGE ALLOWED for any delivered and opened items.

-Once item has been delivered, a customer is required to report any damages to GoodGuy Store within 24HOURS after delivery, failure to do so, items will be considered sold in good condition and is not subjected to cancellation, refund and exchange policy.


INTERNATIONAL BUYERS (Outside Kuwait & Qatar):
- We ship overseas but not FREE , The Shipping cost should be paid by Customers , Overseas Buyers well known that no Shipments will move before the payment.
