All Pre-Order payments/ DOWN PAYMENTS are NON-Refundable.
NO CANCELLATION of pre-ordered items 7days prior to availability.
Down payment plus additional 2 months paid installments are non-refundable during cancellation of order/s on installment basis.
Overdue Installment basis payments without prior notice are only given 7days extension holding period from deadline. Failure to do so within 7days, item/s shall be automatically canceled, prior payments will not be refunded.
Once item(s) is/are delivered, the buyer is responsible to report any damages within 24hours after receiving the order. Failure to do so, the item(s) will be considered sold in perfect condition and will not be replaced or exchanged.
All opened item(s) in perfect condition is/are considered sold and will not be replaced or exchanged.
